Mitchell Laminates Pty Ltd (ACN 056 527 907), trading as AliFrost Door warrants that, under normal use, installation and service, we will replace or repair (at our discretion) any defect or fault in our AliFrost Door products caused by our own manufacturing process for a period of seven (7) years from the date of sale to the original purchaser.

This warranty applies to our standard frames and Perspex® inserts only and does not cover any non-standard Alifrost products (i.e. powder coated frames, euro stainless finish and glass inserts). Hinges, gas struts, hardware and mechanisms that may be supplied with AliFrost Doors are excluded from this warranty and may be warranted under a separate manufacturer warranty for those hardware fittings.

As not all frames and or inserts are suitable for outdoor use, AliFrost Doors and Panels are strictly an indoor product and are not guaranteed for external use. A separate exterior use manufacturers warranty does apply to Perspex® acrylic inserts.

This warranty only applies to products which have been installed by a certified tradesman in their original installation location.

Our products are only to be used for their intended purpose. This warranty only applies to defects or faults caused by our own manufacturing process and to products used in a normal manner.

This warranty does not apply to any defects or damages arising from any of the following:

Due to the nature of the products, Mitchell Laminates Pty. Ltd. is unable to visit your site for either inspection or installation of the product. To make a claim under this warranty the purchaser must, within seven (7) years from the date of sale to the original purchaser, submit to Mitchell Laminates Pty. Ltd. written notice by post to

If a successful warranty claim is made, the damaged or faulty AliFrost Door must be returned to Mitchell Laminates Pty. Ltd., at, 32-38 Redwood Drive, Dingley, Vic, 3172. Our staff will arrange freight pick up at the expense of Mitchell Laminates Pty. Ltd.

The benefits given to the Consumer by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a Consumer under law in relation to the goods to which this warranty relates.

Our goods come with guarantees/warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
